"We stay here a lot because our daughter lives near by. We love the size of the big rooms and love the grounds. House keeping isn't always spot on so they could do better there. We always have a nice stay."

"The staff were, without exception, excellent. The hotel is a bit dated. No morning coffee was available downstairs, except Starbucks, which was $2.50 per plain old coffee. So for those that are averse to using in-room machines, tough. Plain coffee should be free for hotel guests as it is at most every hotel, even if at the in-house Starbucks. The bed was not comfortable. It was apparently not a Marriott mattress (the Westin is a Bonvoy prop) or it was a very old one with little support. ...

"Walking distance to indoor track facility, which is great. The customer service was also very nice. What could be improved is cleanliness of the rooms. There was red drink splatter on the walls in the entryway and on the bathroom wall. I made the front desk aware, but it was never cleaned up, even on my 2nd night there. "

"Great ocean view. Lots of good restaurants within walking distance. The bathroom was on the smaller side but functional. The hotel was quiet but we were also there during the off season-January. I would stay there again."

"My family and I came from New York City to attend a funeral and after long ride to your State Virginia Beach we was so amazed by the hospitality and quality of the rooms was immaculate. I also I want to give a big shout out to the cooks for both nights especially the first cook. The food was great. Thank you for a wonderful experience."
