Find Hotel with a Concierge in Ville Nouvelle

"Hotel is ok location...close enough to the train station and new town. A bit of a walk to the medina. The staff were friendly. My room was on the 1st floor just above the bar and bar terrace so the noise was very loud until midnight or someones 1am. So dont expect any sleep before things close up. However i did find a fantastic little cafe close by - Breizh Cafe which is so friendly and does the best well food....all brilliantly priced!"

"We had to wait over 45 minutes to get hot shower. The entire place was very cold. They have heat but they do not turn it on. "

"Stayed here for a special day and they went above and beyond with flowers showered all over my room to a lovely heart shaped cake."

"The property is a little old as it was established almost a hundred years ago. It is clean however and amenities work as expected, although some electric sockets are falling out of place/loose and some floor buttons on the list don't work. It is centrally located in Fes though and there is 'Central Parc' just opposite the hotel where you can drink Moroccan mint tea or have brunch."
