Out of the ten hotels we experienced, Riad Mazar stood out as the best. From the moment we arrived, the staff’s warmth and attentiveness made us feel right at home. They went above and beyond to cater to our needs, ensuring our stay was comfortable and memorable. One of the standout moments was when they arranged an exceptional tour guide for us. His storytelling and insights felt like we were exploring the city with a knowledgeable uncle, adding a personal touch to our adventure. The room itself was lovely and impeccably clean, with charming details that made us feel right at home. Each morning, we woke up to a delicious breakfast that set the tone for the day—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. "El personal muy amable y simpaticos. Excelentes personas. Hermoso lugar, paradisiaco e inmejorable ubicacion. Lástima el primer dia que llegamos, habiendo contratado habitacion de lujo, con una excusa, se nos trasladó a otro riad a 50 mts de muuuuyyy inferior calidad, escalera de 3 pisos, pidiendonos las disculpas y compensandonos con la cena y el no cobro de impuestos de esa noche. Ese otro riad, no había TV y tampoco internet. Muy deteriorado y con humedad y colchon viejo e incomodo. "

"After we come back from Chefchaouen, we stay here because we take train to Casablanca tomorrow morning. It takes for 30 seconds to get to the train station from the hotel. Also they have a decent restaurant serving ala carte with wine "

"Beautiful Riad in the heart of the Medina, well located and walkable to all parts of the Medina. Riad is beautifully restored, and they are in the process of adding new luxury suites and a pool that will be lovely. The staff was wonderful, helpful and accommodating for anything we needed. They arranged for us a walking tour of the Medina which was so necessary for us to get a good sense of the maze-like alleys and showing us things we never would have found on our own. They also arranged for seamless pickup from the train station to the Riad. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience, highly recommend! "
