"2nd time staying here, perfect hotel, clean, quiet, beautiful room, comfortable bed, good food especially Friday special cous cous was delicious just like homemade and Moroccan dessert was also delicious. One negative: not a good experience at the spa- the steam room didn’t work properly, which is the whole point of hammam- you need to spend time in the hot steam room before the scrub for the best results. "When we arrived, the booking was unavailable. They allowed us to stay in dated basic rooms. The WiFi was constantly down. The hot water was available only for a few hours a day. Breakfast was very basic. TV had no antenna so could not be used. The staff were kind and helpful when needing assistance. Location is very good."

"We had a super smooth and friendly check-in. Our comfort was the top concern of the kind man at reception - he was incredibly helpful and accommodating - customer service was his priority. Our room was lovely - a corner room with a wrap-around balcony. Room temperature was warm and cozy for the chilly Moroccan night. "Hotel is ok location...close enough to the train station and new town. A bit of a walk to the medina. The staff were friendly. My room was on the 1st floor just above the bar and bar terrace so the noise was very loud until midnight or someones 1am. So dont expect any sleep before things close up. However i did find a fantastic little cafe close by - Breizh Cafe which is so friendly and does the best well food....all brilliantly priced!"

"This is a oasis or calm and tranquilly just metres away from the hustle and bustle of a major route through the old city medina. The host and hostess were a delight, very friendly and accommodating. Although their English was on par with my French, we managed with humour and good grace. They were prepared to get up early and make a breakfast before I left. I would highly recommend this hidden gem"
