"When we arrived, the booking was unavailable. They allowed us to stay in dated basic rooms. The WiFi was constantly down. The hot water was available only for a few hours a day. Breakfast was very basic. TV had no antenna so could not be used. The staff were kind and helpful when needing assistance. Location is very good."

Although their English was on par with my French, we managed with humour and good grace. They were prepared to get up early and make a breakfast before I left. "Was hassled by their in-house tout to do an expensive guided tour before we even stepped foot inside. Outside door is locked at all times and we had to ask them to open the door each time we wanted to get something from our car. They tried to charge us for parking (it was supposed to be free). They said we could not eat outside food - only eat in their over-priced 'restaurant'. Ad on Hotels.com said there was 4 bars/restaurants (making it sound like a resort). Total fabrication. Bathroom was...
