"2nd time staying here, perfect hotel, clean, quiet, beautiful room, comfortable bed, good food especially Friday special cous cous was delicious just like homemade and Moroccan dessert was also delicious. One negative: not a good experience at the spa- the steam room didn’t work properly, which is the whole point of hammam- you need to spend time in the hot steam room before the scrub for the best results. And when I tried to tell that to the attendant- she wouldn’t even listen and denied that...

"Hotel is ok location...close enough to the train station and new town. A bit of a walk to the medina. The staff were friendly. My room was on the 1st floor just above the bar and bar terrace so the noise was very loud until midnight or someones 1am. So dont expect any sleep before things close up. However i did find a fantastic little cafe close by - Breizh Cafe which is so friendly and does the best well food....all brilliantly priced!"

"We had such an amazing experience here. The hotel is very traditional, and charming. The lobby courtyard was gorgeous. Upon arrival, not only did they pick up our luggage from the car park, arriving just minutes after I called to let them know we arrived, but we were treated well the whole time. Aziz was wonderful. I asked for custom made leather jackets and he immediately had a shopkeeper come by to show us samples, and then we bought many jackets from the vendor because the deal was great....
