"I'm extremely disappointed with the service of this Pousada. I booked and paid for 2 rooms for 2 friends, but they put both people in the same room. The hotel did not contact us or apologize for the mistake, nor did they give the money back for the 2nd room. I feel that the owners of this hotel were very dishonest and I still need the money back for the room they didn't provide my friends. "Perfection at every little detail. The staff is very helpful, extremely friendly, and spot on! Always going out of their way to make us happy! The rooms are super comfortable, modern and well designed. Heated pool with an stunning view to the beach. The restaurant is one of the best in Buzios. All the guys at the restaurant were Amazing but Frede and Javier made our stay memorable!! We will definetly come back !! "

Beautiful space

"This was the most beautiful hotel of our trip. The two pool areas were very comfortable with plenty of seating areas and fresh flowers. There are several beaches in walking distance, but I would recommend renting a buggy to go into town. "

"Hotel esta abandonado, cama desconfortavel, ar condicionado nao funciona, roupa de cama tinha marcas de maquiagem, tive que ir no shopping comprar fronha de travesseiro e toalhas, chuveiro ruim, cafe da manha e pessimo pior que ja vi, de pao dormido, frutas passadas, com suco de pozinho (nao e natural) e nao tinha agua nem suco um dia... Duas coisas boas eh a localizacao pe na areia e o bar da piscina(que estava bem suja)!!!"
