"This was the most beautiful hotel of our trip. The two pool areas were very comfortable with plenty of seating areas and fresh flowers. There are several beaches in walking distance, but I would recommend renting a buggy to go into town. "

"Staff may not have been well trained but were all extremely helpful and available in short notice. Bathroom has excellent shower head and very efficient water drainage, which is appealing to those who don’t like to see standing soapy water covering your ankles.The restaurant offers a reasonable variety of dishes at good prices. Very good location near commerce and restaurants at walking distance and an Easy ride to the beach. Overall, the hotel is a great value!"

The stunning overview of Ferradura Beach, the lush gardens, the exquisite decor, and the perfect pool all contribute to an unforgettable experience. The food was absolutely amazing, some of the best we've ever had. The service was just as impressive, with every detail meticulously attended to, ensuring a pleasant stay. The staff was incredibly accommodating and quick to respond to any requests. A special shoutout to Raisa at the bar and restaurant, who was fantastic! An added bonus is the hotel's proximity to a very chill beach club with live music right in front of the beach, which hotel guests can access for free. Staying at Insólito was undoubtedly the highlight of our visit to Búzios, and we can't wait to return for a longer stay."

"Hotel esta abandonado, cama desconfortavel, ar condicionado nao funciona, roupa de cama tinha marcas de maquiagem, tive que ir no shopping comprar fronha de travesseiro e toalhas, chuveiro ruim, cafe da manha e pessimo pior que ja vi, de pao dormido, frutas passadas, com suco de pozinho (nao e natural) e nao tinha agua nem suco um dia... Duas coisas boas eh a localizacao pe na areia e o bar da piscina(que estava bem suja)!!!"
