Great family hotel
It was a great stay. The hotel was exactly what we were expecting. Maybe the room was a touch smaller than we expected. The service was excellent . Everyone very friendly and helpful.

This hotel was very nice to stay in. It was clean and modern and made my stay very comfortable. The staff are friendly and were very patient with me while I used google translate on my phone to communicate. A couple of the front desk staff spoke english which was helpful. The hotel is a bit smaller in person than it appears in the photos on the internet, but there was enough space for my needs. The little beach attached is pleasant if you want calmer waters away from the main beach. The food was great, I recommend the mashed potatos! Big breakfast! You will enjoy your stay here.

Estadia de 4 noites no período Natal
Atendimento muito da recepção principalmente do Bruno. Pontos positivos: Boa localidade, quarto silencioso, bom café e excelente área de lazer. Pontos negativos: 1) política de troca de toalhas ser a cada 2 dias e não trocaram. Solicitado na recepção e foi prontamente atendido. 2) não acesso ao café da manhã: Minha saída ocorreu 10 minutos antes do início do café 7h (devido ao horário do meu voo) e não foi permitido alimentação mesmo com alguns itens disponíveis no salão.

Gostamos bastante, com observações para melhoria!
Hotel muito bom, estrutura excelente, funcionários do restaurante e do bar da piscina muito educados, funcionários da parte da manhã da recepção muito educados também, piscina aquecida maravilhosa, toalhas roupa de cama cheirosas. Funcionárias da limpeza muito carinhosas e educadas. Alguns pontos a melhorar: limpeza das áreas kids, tanto os brinquedos externos quanto internos estavam com o local aparentemente sujos, tinha traças no teto e muito mosquito,a primeira noite que chegamos só tinha um lençol fino no quarto, não tinha nenhuma manta ou edredom, solicitamos e fomos informados que não tinha, foi uma noite bem difícil pra dormir com dois adultos e um bebê pra um único lençol, daí inclusive vem a observação da equipe da noite da recepção, ríspidos e quando chegamos o atendimento foi muito robotizado, sem acolhimento, sem explicações, tinha perguntado sobre berço antes da estadia, responderam no WhatsApp que tinha e mesmo vendo a gente com bebê não ofereceram em nenhum momento, mas tbm não foi um problema pois a cama era bem grande e dormimos bem todos os dias. O ralo do banheiro entupido, a água acumulava sempre que tomávamos banho, virando uma piscina. Na quarta feira, no final do café da manhã, um dos funcionários fecharam a parte anexa do restaurante com cadeiras, e para sairmos precisamos arrastar as cadeiras, já era 10:15 sabíamos que tinha finalizado o café, só estávamos mesmo sentados descansando, e ainda ouvimos um funcionário falar que com ele era assim mesmo.

Gostamos bastante do hotel. Perto de tdo, excelente localização. Café da manhã muito bom. As toalhas, perfeitamente limpas e cheirosas. Cama boa. Porém o ar do nosso quarto, deixou a desejar. Não estava funcionando muito bem. E passamos um pouco de calor, em alguns momentos. Mas donresto, estava tdo muito bom.

Deixa desejar em alguns pontos que seriam fáceis
Muito bem localizado e com ótima estrutura, mas alguns detalhes deixaram a desejar: Não tinha secador de cabelo, touca para banho, café da manhã não é muito bom. Tipo bacon cru e pedimos 2 vezes e não veio, sá limpam a mesa depois que acaba, dai ficamos tomando café com um monte de coisas, os pães ruins inclusive pão de queijo e não tinha iogurte natural. Enfim, café da manhã duas estrelas. Gostaria de acrescentar que o atendimento do garagista, rapazes e um Senhor do Bar são maravilhosos!!
