A estrutura da pousada é adequada, mas a localização deixa a desejar. Fica em uma ladeira bastante íngreme, o que dificultou o acesso. Muitos motoristas de aplicativos se recusaram a fazer a corrida, e os que aceitaram mostraram descontentamento com a subida. Além disso, tive problemas com o quarto. Embora fosse espaçoso, faltavam móveis essenciais, como uma mesa ou cadeira para apoiar a mala. Os travesseiros eram finos e a coberta de solteiro não era suficiente para uma cama de casal. Tive dificuldades com a água do banheiro, que não esquentava, e não recebi a atenção necessária para resolver o problema, depois de várias vezes reclamar, eu tive que pedir para trocar de quarto, ninguém ofereceu a troca. Após solicitar um cobertor extra, fui informada de que não havia disponibilidade. O café da manhã foi satisfatório, mas com opções limitadas. Infelizmente, não voltaria devido à localização, já que Arraial é uma cidade pequena e ideal para explorar a pé.

Excelente mas com alguns pontos a melhorar.
Nós gostamos muito da nossa estadia, não foi a primeira vez que fomos a pousada, porém, alguns pontos deixaram a desejar. Por exemplo: o quarto estava com um cheiro desagradável que não parecia ter a ver com a limpeza e sim com algum móvel que estava no meu quarto. A princípio achamos q era o colchão mas o cheiro não saiu por completo. Sentimos falta de uma tv smart, pois na nossa primeira passagem, tinha, inclusive com acesso da Netflix com a própria conta da pousada. Também sentimos falta de uma lixeira maior, pois compramos coisas na rua e não tinha onde jogar fora, pois só tinha uma lixeira pequena no banheiro. A limpeza diária nos quartos foi boa, sem reclamações. Aos recepcionistas todos muito gentis e receptivos, sempre dispostos a ajudar. É um enorme elogio ao café da manhã, pois todos os dias estava maravilhoso, além da gentileza e educação das profissionais da cozinha!!!
