"We were in town for the Surf City Marathon. This place was a 15 minute walk from the start/finish line. Also very convienent to eat and drink in downtown HB. Great host who was in contact with us to check if we needed anything. Street parking and a small parking spot behind the house makes this a plus. Highly recommend if you want to stay near downtown HB."

"We stayed here for 4 nights. The listing posts a hot tub and an outdoor seating area. Neither were available. No hand towels in the back bedroom and no kitchen towels or dish soap to clean up after meals. The living room tv and the fireplace didn't work. I reached out asking about the hot tub and the tv and did not get a response. One of the showers had long hair on the drain cover. "House is great, Everything was nice except the neighbors who think any sound at all even from baby's in the middle of the day is something to complain about. We did not make unreasonable noise for an unreasonable time. I don't remember giving up my first amendment rights or my fourth amendment rights as any complaints from anyone gives them the right to unwarranted search. Anaheim rentals is fighting this in court and I pray you win. I would love to rent in Anaheim again but that city...

"We stayed there over thanksgiving weekend and the house was great for 4 adults and 3 kids. the location was perfect to visit Disneyland and also the ocean and very close to John Wayne airport.
