"The apartment is at the back of a main house and up some stairs. Its location is outstanding. You can easily walk to Second Street where there is so much happening, so many places to eat, shop, etc. The owners are very nice and easy to work with. Inside, the apartment is a perfect size for a couple or a small family. The bed in the pullout couch is comfortable too. Not a bad thing to say about the place at all. "

"Our family loved staying in this beachfront condo. Wonderful location right by Balboa pier. Fun to ride bikes and walk along the boardwalk that runs right in front of the place. Also a five minute walk to the Balboa ferry. Lots of restaurants within walking distance and a nice 2 mile walk up to Newport pier. Wonderful, clean space for our family of six. Owner super responsive."

"We really enjoyed staying in the apartment beside Katie's home! It's a lovely place - very comfortable! My only disappointment was that a hot tub was advertised on the VRBO site, but it didn't exist. Katie refunded us $100 and said she will update that on the site. Their backyard pool isn't heated, so it was too cool to use it without a hot tub in the fall. Katie was very nice."

"We had a lovely stay at this property. It easily accommodated my wife and I, my parents, and my two kids. We were very appreciative of the individual bathrooms for the main two rooms and the half bath on the main floor. There is a fold out sofa, which at the time was missing a screw to allow it to work, but the two extra folding beds did the trick for our kids. The complex is very nice, quiet, and clean. "The property was exactly as pictured. Small and cozy and my favorite part was being right on the beach. the patio is where I spent most of my time, and the view was incredible! Kim met me when I arrived to show me where to park and get me in the unit. She was very responsive and helpful with local restaurants and what to do in the area. I was there on business, and my evenings were very relaxing so I can't complain. I would highly recommend staying here! "
