"Amazing location and property. It’s an older hotel that has been well renovated with every luxury you can imagine and a few you didn’t! The view from the balcony is fantastic for sunrise photos and I happen to be there during a rocket launch, and you can see the launch from the property. Across the street is the beach that the facility has and it’s a beautiful section of sand and sea. The breakfast area is clean and bright and choices are extremely varied with items for every dietary requirement. Staff is friendly and helpful. I will definitely be returning to stay. The only problem I have with this hotel are the hidden fees. Be advised that the nightly rate is not what you’re getting. I did not read the fine print properly and was unpleasantly surprised to find that my room rate that was listed well under $100 was actually almost 200 with all the fees. I understand why they do it, but it was a jolting and unplanned expense. "

"Wonderful boutique hotel right on Vilano Beach in St Augustine. Every room has a balcony with seating facing the ocean and beach. Our room was large, well appointed and equipped with everything we needed for our extended stay. Breakfast every morning was outstanding. The staff goes above and beyond to accommodate any specific needs you may have and does it with joy and a smile. A special shout out to Nancy the manager, she was a gift and made our stay truly special. We will definitely be returning and I am recommending the St Augustine Beach House to family and all my friends. This is the way to run a vacation hotel. "
