And when you aren't playing on the beach, you will be enjoying the same beautiful views from two expansive decks which provide dramatic views of the sun rising over the ocean, the famous St Augustine Lighthouse, and sailboats making their way towards St Augustine Marina and the occasional dolphin frolicking in the waves. Pirate’s Paradise is more than a beach house—it’s a retreat designed for relaxation, celebration, and unforgettable moments with the people who matter most.

2. Under the home where cars are parked.
3. On the second-story balcony overlooking the driveway, front yard, and door access points.
4. On the third-floor balcony overlooking the front yard and door access points.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
