Good position. Well connected to public transportation. Comfortable. BUT - omitting to mention that the elevator is unavailable and will stay so for a while... is unfair. There is a "non-refundable" policy on this hotel so you can not change your mind when you get the "sorry, elevator out of order" announcement. 52 steps to climb and descend whenever you wish to go out, might partially cut your enthusiasm if you are 60+.

This review is for an alternate apartment. There was water damage that caused the apartment we booked to not be available so we were provided with an alternate apartment in Landstrauss. This apartment was outfitted with the same amenities and was comfortable and pleasant to stay in with a spacious living room.

Super lejlighed , dejlig stor stue, dejligt soveværelse, super baod og køkken. Store fjernsyn i både stue og soveværelse, der var smart tv, og derfor mulighed for Netflix og ligende Lige i nærheden af U station Tæt ved Maria Hielferstrasse , og alt andet.

要慎重考慮
優點只有交通方便。當天到那鑰匙是在保險箱拿，鑰匙要有技巧才打的開門，但房東沒特別說明，浪費我們很多時間。房內廚具、盤子都沒洗乾淨，除住宿費以外入住前多收了50歐的清潔費，但住的5天4夜完全沒打掃、也沒更換毛巾，很差的住宿品質。

Abbiamo trascorso 5 giorni al City condo di Vienna, appartamento superaccessoriato (peccato la mancanza di un' aspirapolvere). Purtroppo non siamo stati messi in zona Mariahil come da prenotazione expedia ma in zona Landstrabe. Penso francamente ad un errore non voluto da parte del titolare dell' appartamento. Noi non abbiamo reclamato nulla in quanto l' appartamento assegnatoci si trova a circa 10/15 minuti a piedi dal centro quindi..... Detto questo appartamento straconsigliato

Trotz anfänglicher Schwierigkeiten mit dem Schlüssel (er lässt sich nur schwer drehen und klemmt) war der kurze Aufenthalt sehr angenehm. Vermieter war erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Sehr zentral. Wohnung ist sehr schön und sauber.

Durchaus empfehlenswertes Appartement
Wir suchten eine günstige Lösung für einen Kurzaufenthalt in Wien (2 Erwachsene, 1 Kind) und fanden hier eine durchaus empfehlenswerte Variante zu einem herkömmlichen Hotelaufenthalt. Das Appartement wurde mit Liebe zum Detail modern eingerichtet und entsprach unseren Erwartungen. Das "unbemannte" Einchecken war clever gelöst. Bei einem Problem wurde uns freundlich und schnell, telefonisch geholfen. Ein Problem - dass der Betreiber allerdings nicht zu verantworten hat - war, dass der nächste, sichere Parkplatz erst 10 Gehminuten entfernt zu finden war (öffentliche Tiefgarage).

Wunderbares Hotel für City-Ausflug
Eine sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft. Mit U-Bahn-Anschluss perfekt. Das Raimund-Theater ist einen Steinwurf entfernt, sehr angenehm für einen abendlichen Musical-Besuch. Ich werde bestimmt wieder dort übernachten.

Top sanierte Ferienwohnung
Das Pink Grapefruit ist ein eine top sanierte Ferienwohnung in einem Wiener Altbau. Die Sanierung der Außenfassade des Gebäudes ist ebenfalls abgeschlossen, am Treppenhaus wird noch gearbeitet. Auch der Fahrstuhl ist noch nicht eingebaut (Stand 02/2015). Zwei U-Bahn-Stationen (U6 und U4, insbesondere die U4 führt zu zahlreichen Wiener Attraktionen und mitten in die Innenstadt) sind in unmittelbarer Nähe (2 bzw. 5 Minuten fussläufig). Ebenfalls ca. zwei Minuten fussläufig befinden sich zwei Supermärkte (Lidl und Penny) Das Wohnzimmer ist sehr groß und modern eingerichtet. Im Wohnzimmer können auch ohne Probleme noch zwei Personen schlafen, so dass die Ferienwohnung von vier Personen genutzt werden kann. Das Schlafzimmer liegt ruhig zu einem "Innenhof" / Lichtschacht und ist wie das Wohnzimmer mit einem großen TV ausgestattet. Die Küche ist in den Flur integriert und vollständig ausgestattet, inkl. Mikrowelle, Spülmaschine, Ceranfeld, Waschmaschine, Geschirr usw. Eine Dunstabzugshaube gibt es nicht, wer die Küche nutzt, sollte hinterher ordentlich lüften. Das Bad ist ebenfalls neu und mittels einer Milchglas-Schiebetür vom Flur abgetrennt sowie u.a. mit bodenebener Dusche und Rain-Shower ausgestattet.
