"The most important are the staff of the hotel. Every one of them are supper nice and willing to help. The hotel is nicely located in the best shopping area in the hotel and walking distance from metro which make everything including the train station very accessible."

"Loved the design and decor, very Biba Ken high Street 1970's. Staff were great. The only two things i would change, is to put tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms. Plus allow the customers to by the room spray that is sprayed into the front lobby of the building. Please let me know if i can buy this somewhere. Many thanks"

"This was a brilliant hotel to stay in. Close to a great road for shopping, eating, and a short walk to the museum district and old town. Near a station to get around the city and further. Amazing friendly staff that made our visit even nicer! Clean, quiet, rooms with Air conditioning as well, and comfortable beds. Can’t recommend this place enough, especially being in a safe quiet area. "

"This is the second time I have stayed in this hotel. Overall it is pretty good although, our room on the 4th floor had a sloping ceiling. We had a different room last year which was better. The rooms are reasonably clean, the top shelf in our cupboard was very dusty, perhaps because the cleaners can't reach. I dusted it myself. The area is handy for the Westbanhof train station and two lines of the underground as well as a number of restaurants on Mariahilfstrasse. The breakfast had a reasonable...

"Good location, clean, good size room. Helpful and nice staff. Not 5 stars indeed - toiletries were missing except hand soap, mini fridge didn’t work, no coffee maker, AC was blowing into our face at night and the summer blankets were too thick and hot. We needed a place for three people so the choice was very limited. If one needs a place to sleep and continue to explore Vienna this hotel is good for the purpose. "
