Not 5 stars indeed - toiletries were missing except hand soap, mini fridge didn’t work, no coffee maker, AC was blowing into our face at night and the summer blankets were too thick and hot. We needed a place for three people so the choice was very limited. If one needs a place to sleep and continue to explore Vienna this hotel is good for the purpose. "

"The hotel is in a really good location, easy to walk around and close to the metro. The staff were all very nice. The only issue I had was my room window curtain. My room was near the hallway, and every time someone walked past, the hallway lights would come on. My room’s window curtains weren't thick enough to block the light, so I kept getting woken up. "
