One my room was always at the end of the hall way. Secondly, my TV was not working. The remote batteries were dead and the cord by the TV was unplugged from the TV which I had to wait for Maintenance and I had dinner reservations that are almost Christmas.

The property was amazing. Staff was very friendly and it’s very close to the convention center and subway system if you plan on taking the subway great location.
