"My husband and I drove from Naples to enjoy the beautiful Tuscany scenery amidst our travels throughout Italy. Unbeknownst to us, GPS guided us on a much different path than we expected. A narrow winding unpaved trail up the mountain side was not what we expected and we decided to work our way down before getting stuck on the mountain path with a flat tire. When I called Marco to let him know that we would be delayed, he quickly came to the rescue and picked us up and drove us to the villa. After dropping us off to get settled, he went back to our car and replaced our flat tire and drove our car back to the villa.Marco and his wife’s concern for us was more than we could have ever expected from a host. We are truly grateful for their kindness.. The property matched their personality, warm and inviting. We enjoyed our stay and appreciated that they made it a point to check in on us to make sure we were ok.The accommodations were impeccable and the views were amazing! It was a nice place to relax and unwind before we continued our travels. We would definitely return!"

"We spent a week at the Villa with our best friends. Upon arrival Simone and Angela greeted us through their private entrance and gave us the grand tour of their Gardens, Pool, several seating areas and beautiful rooms with fruit and breads. They prepared fresh tapas of meats, cheeses, tomatoes and fruits with Perri Champagne served by the pool. The rest of the week they provided recommendations of towns to visit and we had several meals in the evening. They are wonderful hosts, chefs and it was such a memorable relaxing week that next time we will stay 2-weeks in Camiore with them. Each evening we were surprised with the dinner menu served by the beautiful gardens and definately a 5-star rating overall. "

"This is the most friendly hotel we have ever stayed in. The staff were so helpful and accommodating. The hotel is only a few minutes walk to the beach with great restaurants on the way. We would definitely recommend a stay here. "

"Stunning views from every angle of the property. So many nice spots to eat, drink and socialise. And the pool, the pool totally over delivered. We spent so much time there with the kids using the umbrellas to provide shade from the heat. The air conditioning was amazing. The drive to the property entertaining also. One thing I would urge is that the owner invests in a few new chairs. Many of them are broken or unbearably uncomfortable to sit in. Perfect for a family stay but also great for a large group of friends. We only ended up staying for 2 days due to cancelled flights but we didn’t leave the property! And that was fine! "

"My family of six siblings thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Galeotti. Simone and Angela were excellent communicators and helped us with restaurant and wine tasting recommendations (and reservations). The walk into Camaiore was not too difficult and we enjoyed having coffee and pastries at Lorenzo Pasticceria & Caffè (if driving, you can access it from Via Bellosguardo, but if walking, it's a very busy road, so walk up Via Gugeliemo Oberdan and walk into the public parking lot and it's on your right about halfway through the lot). The town is small and charming and we enjoyed being out of the hubbub of bigger cities! And the beach is very close, as is beautiful Lucca."
