"Having stayed many times in apartments in Lucca I have to say that this apartment stands well above lots of others in standard, ambience and comfort. I was aware that it was three floors up, but these are the type of places I like. There was one small issue that cropped up and it was handled very well and courteously by the host family…on a Saturday!! And resolved by the same evening! This was very reassuring and made staying in their apartment even more special! I can highly recommend this...

There was one sofa only, no footstools, no arm chair so not easy to relax at the end of a long day walking. Verandah was great, luckily. "The apartment is exactly as advertised. It is bright, spacious and beautifully designed. I loved the proximity to everything. Especially the church attached to terrace and the music conservatory across the street. Lorenzo is very friendly and professional.
