"First time staying at a house rental and it was great. Came to town for baseball and it was nice having the house to go to for our down time. Not many restaurants on the north island but Sharky’s was perfect for a few nights and Little Jim’s had a fun atmosphere with someLive music. The house owner was easy to get in touch with if needed and it was nice to walk, bike, fish, swim and go to the beach. The navy seal museum was pretty cool too. Would definitely consider this house for a future...

"Our week in this lovely spot could not have been more ideal! We are thankful to owner (James) for his effort to communicate and accommodate. The home is well appointed, very spacious, comfortable and a very quick walk to the beach. We kept remarking all week that we really lucked out in finding the perfect spot. It is the friendliest town we’ve stayed at and the best location for every type of vacation whether active or inactive.We walked to the beach daily, rode bikes and explored every road in the city. "Clean, good location, well stocked - interior is dated but beds were comfy. I’d recommend a larger hot water tank - ran out of heat before done showering. Also extra rolls of TP are needed. "
