"The property is as advertised. It is in very close proximity to several restaurants and bars. The host, Vanessa, is amazing. She is very responsive, even when she might be out of the area. "We enjoyed being on Hutchinson Island so much. The location is great for walking, biking and running! Not in walking distance of restaurants but certainly for the ocean! The people we came in contact with in the gated community were all very friendly. The townhouse was lovely, clean, and comfortable. The kitchen had all the necessities.
