"We stayed at this lake house for a weekend away from our daily busy lives. This home was so relaxing and had the most incredible views. We enjoyed the outdoors with fishing off the dock and the cool evenings by the fireplace. The host was very responsive and communicated with the us throughout our stay whenever we had questions. We will be back here again with our family. Truly a wonderful experience."

"All good! Would suggest to the owner that the TV have more options. I am not a TV watcher, but I did want to catch up on the news and found that difficult. Maybe an antenna would help if there are local channels that can be received. Other than that, I would suggest a shade on the front door to provide more privacy. Other than that, I would highly highly recommend this place as it was quiet and comfortable in a good location and clean and convenient and well appointed"

"My husband and I live in upstate N.Y. so we are familiar with the region. This was just a getaway for us; a chance to unwind. The farmhouse is charming. The river is spectacular. Since we live on a rural farm, the house was not as secluded as I thought. Though it might be for properties in that area. Therefore our two dogs had to be on leash all the time.
