We were during the snowstorm, the tractor came multiple times a day to clean the road. This quiet place and far from everything. But we enjoyed it and made trips to Lake Placid to dine out."

You could easily fit an air mattress on the floor in bedroom too. Full bath upstairs with 10/10 shower.Kitchen counter is small and has basic utensils (think efficiency apartment style) but worked just fine...
