The space heater was not enough to take the chill out of the air especially Saturday night when the temperatures dipped below freezing. "The apartment is very homey and spacious which was great for us! I just want to point out that it needed a bit of cleaning as there was webbing in certain corners and the bathtub had a ring around it. "We had a lovely stay here. The lodging was very clean and has been beautifully decorated and renovated. All of the amenities we needed were readily available. Location was fantastic, within walking distance of Main St. in Lake Placid and driving distance to many trailheads for hiking. The patio and outdoor fireplace were a bonus. Mikaela was an excellent host, checking in on us to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again."
