"There was no way of hanging our Suits & Shirts since we were staying a week. A few roaches visited the room. But, other than that, we made it work. Location was good."

"They cancelled our reservation without refunding us. Claimed they cannot house guests at the moment while guests were actively using the hotel. Refused to refund us and told us to go through booking agent. Would not answer calls of booking agent requesting a refund either. Be careful this place is definitely a scam. "

"There is plastic under the sheets which makes you wonder if is to protect you or to protect the mattress. The barroom floor tiles are from the 70s dark and you can't trust what lives in between. Stains on bed, smell of mold... Glad I changed hotel!"

"Close to alot of restaurants, nearby car rental, across the street from the metro line station. Staff was helpful, Openaire restaurant was delicious. I didn't get to use the pool but it looked pretty, also didn't use the gym but it had a decent amount of equipment. Parking is a bit expensive but there's a garage 2 blocks away with $5 overnight parking instead of the $50 here."
