"Place was as described. Plenty of room for my family and close to our daughter at Westmont. Space and amenities were convenient. Property next to freeway and busy road. But sound machine in the bedrooms drown out the noise. Didn’t bother us. "

"We stayed for a short girls weekend in SB. The location is excellent, a block away from the water, about a 30 minute walk to the funk zone and other shops/food. Quiet neighborhood. Responsive management. House is old though you could tell they have made fixes based off previous reviews. Nice gas fireplace. Would have benefited from knowing there were space heaters the first night. Overall, for the price was a fair stay. "

"We really enjoyed our stay. The location was very convenient to Santa Barbara shops & restaurants. The house was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. My only complaint is that, despite a hefty cleaning fee, guests are expected to strip the beds, collect the linens and empty the trash before leaving. "We loved our 3-day stay in this charming, clean, comfortable little cottage. The layout, location and amenities were perfect for our family of four, including two college-age kids. Summerland is a cute town with a number of upscale shops, and a few restaurants, and it’s an easy drive to surfing spots, Montecito and Santa Barbara. The only drawback - as mentioned by other reviewers - is the location on a frontage road adjacent to 101 - so there is definitely significant highway noise. We had one...

"This was an excellent house one row of houses from Hollywood Beach. Dining was within walking distance. The management was easy to work with. Check in was a breeze.The home was well appointed with a kitchen and convenient bathrooms. The balconies were very nice. The house is not on the beach, but the beach is as close as you can get without being right on it.The main living area and kitchen was on the second floor of a 3 story home.
