"Great property with a few exceptions. Sliding windows facing ocean need to be cleaned, would help if a squeegee were available. Need reading lights in all bedrooms, including living area so you don’t need to turn on overhead lights at night. Definitely need a booklet with house instructions for using all appliances including heater and oven. Would be very beneficial if all bedrooms had luggage racks. The shower door in the bathroom on the 2nd level across from the queen bed was off track,...

"The house was perfect for our family to spend the holidays in Ventura. The view from atop the city was amazing - we watched the sea mist roll in and out over the city and the raptors flying over and around the house from the amazing deck. The guitar and piano provided a wonderful outlet for us. The beds were comfy, the bathrooms great, and the open plan upper level perfect for us and our family to enjoy the New Year."

The location was “senior friendly” (bedrooms on first floor, steps to the sand and nice umbrella and table to eat outdoors) and “teen friendly” (beach, sand, games) — everyone had a wonderful time.
