"Our family of seven had a wonderful time staying in Oxnard. This property is a one minute walk from the beach, which was perfect for a laid back beach vacation. The garage was stocked with all kinds of beach gear, and the hose in the front yard made it easy to rinse off as we went back and forth between the beach and house. "Spent a long weekend for an annual holiday trip with the family. We love Hollywood Beach and this house was perfect! Great location and the beach was really nice this side of the harbor. The house had plenty of space and accommodated all 7 of us with sleeping quarters. Loved it and would stay again! "

"The property was perfect for our family get together. The kitchen was perfect for cooking with the family and you had beautiful views of the beach from the kitchen and living room! We could all fit around the living room and hang out and talk. Just steps from the sand, we played on the beach all day and even got in some hoops at the basketball court! I will say the listing made it seem as though the pool and jacuzzi are included and yours to use but they are shared and there is a fee to use/heat. The footsteps of the residents above can be easily heard. Overall was a nice stay and clean property with a welcoming bottle of wine."
