"A very attractive property a few streets back from the seafront. We had a lovely room but up a number of stairs! The reward was a little balcony! Great breakfast although the chef was also the receptionist and was clearly very busy wearing both hats. "

"Loved our two night stay! House was beautifully restored and a great location a few blocks from State street. The bed was amazingly comfortable. Bathroom was beautiful with a nice shower. Back yard was nice to come back after walking around town all day and enjoy a glass of wine, which they gave us a complimentary bottle. Check in/out was easy. Would highly recommend. "

"We rented this place for family to stay for a family event taking place in Ventura. The proximity to the beach is a little off. The parking is difficult, because of the angle and neighbor and you cannot park on the street. The driveway is shared with them so if you have anything bigger than a car plan on only 1 vehicle fitting.
