"This was my first trip to Venice and the Hotel Cavalletto e Doge Orseolo was a great location for us to explore Venice from. Like most structures in Venice this obviously is an older building, but it is very well maintained and updated. They also had a very good full breakfast buffet included with the room. My only complaint was there was no hot water on our first morning, but they fixed that as soon as we notified them."

"This property was not what we expected but really grew to enjoy it. We’d had a few travel issues and had finally figured things out! The hotel is from the 1800’s and since the 1950’s it was bought and run by a family. Front desk staff was awesome, shout out to Alberto for being the jack of all trades! "I have stayed at Mandarin Oriental hotels in Shanghai , Madrid, and Bangkok, and I have been lucky enough to stay at the Savoy in London. I’m headed to the George the V Four Seasons in Paris to join my wife. Several months ago I stayed at the Four Seasons Budapest. The Baglioni Luna hotel is an absolute jewel , and the price for the service and facilities cannot be beaten. The staff was magnificent as was the included breakfast. It is clearly one of my favorite hotels."
