"Mike's place is stunning. The views are incredible, the birds provide endless interest, and the quiet is very peaceful. The pool is refreshing after a hot day of excursions and the ground staff or Mike are always present to turn the waterslide on for the little ones if desired. "The cabin was in a pretty location on the side of a small lake — but the location doesn't match that on VRBO which states it's in La Fortuna town. It's actually several miles out of town, which was a problem for us since we didn't have a rental car and there's no public transport serving the area.
