"Best view, very clean property. Staffs are super friendly and welcoming. Value for money. Love the peace and nature of it. However, we encounter road roads on the way to hotel, and need to transfer to scooters instead. Road works starts from 0730hrs to 2100hrs, so plan your trip to the city area well if you’re carrying your luggage or bulky items. I’ll give this hotel a perfect score. "The room is well equipped and made for an enjoyable stay. The location and views are amazing. Having been to SaPa many times, I would definitely stay at this hotel again. This hotel is a short walk to the station for the train to Fansipan, also SaPa lake and the church. The hotel is on the road to Cat Cat village, which for me is totally walkable. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Thank you for such an enjoyable stay!"

"The service is exceptional! The owner of the hotel was hands on from the day we arrived till the day we checked out at about 3am. (We had an early drive to Halong). He also offered to give us the on the go mini breakfast since we had to check out really early. The lady cleaner was so kind and assists us when she sees that we need help with the room. "My dream come true stay! The staff is so personable and welcoming and the property is so gorgeous and calming. It’s only a short grab ride from the restaurant area, but the food on the property is extremely fresh and ALARMINGLY delicious. They used all the veggies and herbs from their garden and anything outsourced is organic. They own the Tonkin Spa, which was the cherry on top to our stay in Sapa. I will definitely come back. It’s worth every penny "

"We loved our stay at Sapa Centre Hotel. We had the warmest welcome from the staff at reception. We've stayed at numerous hotels throughout Vietnam during our travels and the staff here were by far the friendliest, especially Selena who was really helpful and lovely throughout our stay. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. The hotel is right in the centre, perfect location and has a cafe right next to reception. It felt really cozy staying there over Christmas. Wish we could have stayed longer. Great value for money."

"This was an amazing stay. Quiet and peaceful. View was somewhat obscured by the fog during the winter but you can still see the valley below and rice terraces when the fog lifts a little. Water pressure is good in the bathroom and there is hot water. To keep warm in the room, there is a small portable heater (a bit noisy so didn’t use it when sleeping) and when sleeping, just the electric blanket is enough to keep warm and have a comfortable night’s sleep. Food wise, the in-house restaurant at the main building is good. There’s also happy hour drinks which you can have by the cosy fireplace. Overall was a good stay and the staff go above and beyond to help/accomodate guests."
