From check in to check out everything was so easy. The hotel is really clean and amenities are really good. Restaurant has lot of option , with breakfast with lots of variery and changes menu everyday. Spa service is really good.

The staff were lovely and very helpful, the suite was very nice. The only thing I would fault is the shower wasn’t the best. It could do with a good makeover but other than that it was really lovely & we had a great view of the river & city.

Great place to stay in Sapa. Clean, comfortable and convenient. Breakfast buffet is really nice. Complimentary shuttle service to the Sapa city center makes the life easy. Right next to the Cable car service to the top of Fansipan mountain. We would definitely stay here if i visit Sapa once again.

It was an amazing resort with perfect location. Everyone was beyond helpful and very sweet. Our favorite was the restaurant manager, Huy, who was very tentative to his customers and beyond. Always very happy and caring no matter what was being asked. We love the resort, but he was definitely an added factor as to why we would come back to the restaurant. The entire staff were amazing. Can't wait to come back!

The resort is very tastefully decorated, very comfortable and clean. The highlight is the view of the mountains and the Fansipan, the spa is also beautifully designed. The staff were very friendly, after a trek with some mud they got us a new brush to clean our clothes and shoes. The procedures are still a bit bumpy in the spa and at the breakfast buffet, but I think this will improve as the hotel has just opened. We felt very comfortable here and can recommend it without reservation.

시내와 다소 거리가 있으나 그랩이 잘 잡혀서 이동에 문제가 없습니다 매우 깨끗하고 신축이라 시설도 좋아요 찜질방이 있기는 하나 내부 온도 자체가 높지가 않아 한증막 같은 느낌은 아녜요 ㅋㅋ 깜짝 이벤트도 해주시고 정말 좋은 기억을 가지고 갑니다

위치좋고 직원들이 친절하고 수영장 시설도 훌륭하고 사우나 시설도 한국과 같이 습식.건식으로 갖추어져 있어 이용하기 편리했고 셔틀버스를 운영하여 사파 시내에 갔다 오기가 좋았음. 그러나 전망을 중요시하는 여행객들은 객실을 잘 골라야 함. 산 전망이라고 예약을 해도 시원한 전망이 보이지 않을 수가 있음.
