"The price of this place is amazing and therefore a very good value. There were a few cleaning issues that we noticed, but overall the room was clean. We did have an issue with someone smoking in one of the rooms next to us one night and because the rooms are set up as basically central air situation and not the individual room heating and cooling units that normal hotels have, the smoke from that room came in to our room through the vents. "It was the most beautiful property,no traffic,no ppl in Parking lot all night like most ! Just in general I didn't want to leave!! And we own 2 homes in two states and I'm looking right now to find out if I can get discount. Or heck I don't need money but I wish I'd spoke with the nice lady about if the needed help and I'd except a room for my ppl pay, and if they were unable to do that I loved it ENOUGH I'd pay for my room while I worked! "Did not know what to expect but it was quite friendly, clean, fresh. Room was small but everything needed was available. Bath was clean to. If weather was warmer can sit outside on balcony & hear some island music playing and can see some of Lake Norman. The lake side was quite enjoyable & we would definitely stay again. Just be aware, let them know if will arrive after 5pm. "
