"My room was given to someone else. They tried to accommodate but asked for payment since my room was given away. I had prepaid and asked why do i have to pay again. Desk clerk confirmed that someone checked in as me. She finally gave me two rooms and asked for cash deposit. The next day, i almost did not get my deposit back because morning desk clerk stated it was not my rooms. "
