Haggville Hacienda - Exclusive Private Riverfront @Vacation Frio River

This rental combines a beautifully decorated Penthouse suite and 4 cozy, individual suites. With an amazing panoramic view of the Frio River, private riverfront access and an exclusive pool and outdoor kitchen, this rental is perfect for the "all-inclusive" family retreat!

The Penthouse suite is top-notch, with King Ranch Furniture, a full kitchen and bar, its own living area and three (3) separate sleeping areas with vaulted ceilings.
The other four suites include their own kitchenette with microwave, mini-fridge, coffeemaker and wet bar with granite throughout.
Each suite has a private, full bathroom.

Penthouse with upstairs loft includes:
1 King bed, 1 Queen,
​1 Double and 2 Twin beds and 1 sleeper couch.
Penthouse has one full bath, a gourmet kitchen and cozy living space of its own.

Ground Level:
4 Private Suites include: (Ground level)
(two rooms) have:1 Queen/Queen bunk bed
​and 1 Queen/Twin bunk beds. (rooms #1 & #2)
(One room) has: Queen over King Bunk and Full over Full Bunk with picture widow looking at the river (room #7)
(One Room) has: two Queen over Queen bunks (room #3)
All 4 suites each have a full bath, kitchenette (microwave, sink, mini fridge and cabinet storage) and dining tables.

Downstairs you'll find your exclusive outdoor pool and kitchen space. You will fall in love with this gathering space, complete with 80" TV, full kitchen appliances, gated pool and live-edge wood picnic tables the owner custom-makes by hand!

You'll have your own beautiful outdoor pool with a water feature and outdoor kitchen/pavilion, which has become very popular with our guests for entertaining their large groups.

You'll also have access to our private waterfront on the Frio River, just a short 200' walk to the shore or you can bring one car to tailgate!

We love pets! We have two dogs on property. Pets are allowed in all of the rooms EXCEPT the Penthouse suite, due to the carpet and furniture. Prior-approval for all pets by the owner is required, and our general guidelines are as follows: 35lb maximum, non-aggressive breeds, non-shedding, and again with prior approval from the owner. Please note there is a pet fee.

Family Fun in Concan
We had a family reunion at Haggsville Hacienda (33 adults, teens, and little kids) for the eclipse. The property was perfect for a large group with a large outdoor kitchen area and pavillion where had all our family meals. The area is beautiful with the river and bluff right there. It was a short walk to the river where we spent a lot of time splashing, slipping and floating. The pool is small, but we spent more time at the river (the river was actually warmer since it was shallower - and it was early April). All the rooms had mini splits (AC) which worked really well, except in the loft, but the owner was quick to respond to that. I can't say enough how great the owner Donny was, very gracious and quick to respond to any questions or needs. He even brought down some firewood the night we wanted to have a campfire by the river and saw we had sent the little kids to collect sticks for it. We had a great time, even though it was cloudy for the eclipse. If we ever make it back to Concan, we will definitely stay there.

We really enjoyed our stay. The outdoor kitchen was awesome. Adding some outdoor evaporative coolers in the kitchen would have made it more comfortable due to the hot temperatures. An inconvenience was that some room toilets had limitations on could be flushed. Adjacent rooms did not have the restriction. Overall it severed our needs and I recommend it to others.

Donny was an awesome owner! We had several questions & he always replied immediately…the Haggville Hacienda fit our family of 34 with privacy for every family in their rooms…The indoor kitchen was a great place to gather for breakfast & wake up, the outdoor kitchen is when we gathered for dinner & the fun continued..the pool & the private access to the river were the highlights for the kiddos/young adults/slightly older adults…we had 10 cars since we had family from several different cities & he had extra parking for our bunch…we made great memories & can’t wait to come back! thank you Donny!!!

Our stay was everything we had hoped for. Accommodations were perfect. Rooms were cool, clean and plenty of beds. Donny the owner/manager was so very nice, did everything to make our stay memorable. It had a great covered patio/kitchen area where we spent most evenings after leaving the Frio, not to mention, it was very nice to have our own private waterfront property. We were a family of 20+ looking for our first Easter gathering since the pandemic began. Haggville and the house next door were perfect for us. The houses are beautifully furnished, quite comfortable and clean. Donny was easy to reach in advance and while there. His assistant Jaime also made sure we were well taken care of. They went out of their way to assure we all had a wonderful stay. The location right on the river was just beautiful. We want to come again!

Even during a drought they had plenty of flow and the river where the house is located. We had the best hostess and she was so accommodating we loved every minute. We were here with 21 family members (3-adult). The location was amazing. Easy short walk to a beautiful spot on the river. Never got crowded and was good for all ages. The rooms are also incredibly cold and dark, so everybody slept so good. We have already booked to return next year.
