"お部屋は清潔で、トイレ・バスルームも広くて快適に過ごせました。朝食ビュッフェが和洋等、種類が豊富で美味しくいただけました。 ホテル従業員の方も皆、素晴らしい接客でした。 館内のコンビニコーナーにはおにぎり、お弁当、サンドイッチが販売されており部屋で簡単に食事を済ませたい時に便利です。 ディズニーランドの移動はホテルのシャトルバスがありますが、バス乗り場がランド前のバス乗り場ではなくイクスピアリ側のJR舞浜駅バス乗り場なので少し遠く感じました。 バスに乗車する際に注意するべきことは、近辺に「東京ベイ舞浜」と名前がつくホテルが3〜4件あるため、必ず「グランドニッコー」の名前を確認してください。外国人利用者はどのバスに乗車するのか分からず不安そうでした。"

"Super convenient location, walkable from Mahaima station on the monorail. Huge rooms and washroom (bigger than even most North American hotel rooms that we've stayed at) and very clean. The rest of the hotel is also really nice. Beds might be considered a little firm, but it was still comfortable. Staff are super helpful and friendly. Easy to get to, convenient airport shuttle service as well. "

"Overall this hotel meets our expectations, especially it’s our first visit to Japan. We stayed on the Hearth 10th floor and the place was very clean, staffs are friendly and the transportation from hotel to Maihama train station was on time as scheduled. We would love to come back to this hotel for our near future Japan visits. "

"Everything about the hotel was excellent except their AC system in room. I maxed it out and it could barely keep up with humidity and heat. When we showered vents would drip on carpet so make sure you use provided slippers. also something Iam not used to but had to reserve going to pool and had to pay for chair in order to get reservation. Its super cheap just odd that hilton would do that as it was only me and 3 other families in entire pool for hours."

"Hotel connect we d to Shin Urayasu station One stop away from Disneyland. Hotel has shuttle buses to Disneyland and Disneysea. Rooms are ok size great shower and bath. Breakfast was also fantastic so many choices too many actually. Shopping centre connected Mcdonalds close for late night food.. Would stay here again Coin laundry in lobby free lollies and drinks including beer and wine."

"I recommend this hotel to stay at if ur visiting Tokyo Disney. Very convenient straight from the subway from Tokyo their hotel shuttle picks u up from the train station or if ur coming straight from the airports the limousine bus stops right in front of the hotel and for pick up also to the airport too. Love the decor of the room small but efficient n comfortable beds as well . Well maintained facility. Staff were wonderful n always helpful n courteous. Was a great stay while visited Disney sea...
