"We loved our stay at Oriental Hotel Tokyo Bay. After 3 weeks travelling through Japn, these were the best and most comfortable beds and pillows we'd experienced. The bag holding room was amazing, as we could leave our bags, locked up and safe, until check in time. We didnt need to deal with too many staff but they were all helpful. I did have an issue with needing to change rooms, and while communication through expedia messaging was very slow (24hrs to reply to an email) staff were helpful at...

"This location is great if you are going to the Disney parks as it has a pretty efficient and convenient free shuttle. There are a few department stores within walking distance. It is about an hour metro ride into Tokyo station so keep that in mind. The hotel itself has a more retro vibe like a 90’s Californian feel but if you stay high enough in a west facing room (we were on 14) you can see Mt. Fuji on a clear morning and the Disney fireworks at night."
