"Smaller in person vs what is seen on the pictures. They do provide complimentary toiletries. Very close to a station so access to the rest of Tokyo was easy. There wasn’t any cool air so the room did feel really warm. "

It was dusty behind the furniture & air vents and the elevator had exposed lightbulbs. The leg room of the toilet was limited. There is no elevator so accessibility is very limited. The staff in charge of cleaning were kind and helpful always delivering daily amenities when the door was set to "eco cleaning". Worth it for the accommodating staff and the convenience of being next...

"The staff were accommodating with my needs for the post office and mailing a letter. It was nice to come back to a room that was freshly made up. I didn’t have any problems with the staff, they were friendly and helpful whenever I asked for help. I did notice that the furniture looks used and worn in, but there’s nothing wrong with that. I only wish that the hallway to my room was heated and indoor. "

They tried hard to help us with our luggage transport which was our fault (lesson learned: don’t bring huge luggages when on vacation). We wish we stayed a bit longer with them.
