"Amazing stay"

"Loved the option of not needing a rental car during my trip. Easy paid shuttle to and from the airport (private vendors) and free shuttles to and from the ski resorts. We enjoyed the central location that had a ski resort bus stop nearby. Hint - walk up to the Banff Caribou Lodge to catch the shuttle. The shuttles can fill up in the morning and the earlier the stop the better. If a shuttle is full another one is 5 minutes behind it so not the biggest deal. We enjoyed the hot tub, steam room and sauna. Perfect for after a day on the slopes. Daily housekeeping was great. We enjoyed the pizza restaurant on site, Carlito’s. Great food."

"My room heat was not working. They checked it but couldnt fix it so they gave us another room which was an upgrade with a jet tub. Very pleased with how they rook care of everything. We will return!!"

"We arrived for our honeymoon. We requested a room with a room and the front desk was so helpful she upgraded us to a suite and it was so nice! If we come back again I would stay here again. Staff is so kind. Also the parking is easy and everything is nearby. "

"We enjoyed our stay at the Banff Aspen Lodge. The location was good and the parking was free and easy (even for our large vehicle). The rooms were spacious and well provisioned. Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was very good, although a bit crowded at times. We liked the free coffee offer at the Whitebark cafe if you didn't need the daily housekeeping (a small but thoughtful touch). The hot tubs and sauna were welcome after a day of skiing. We would definitely stay here again."

"We decided on a weekend getaway and the service and stay were amazing. We brought our dog and they gave him toys and treats when we checked in and had a water bowl and bed brought up before we arrived. The rooms were great, bed and pillows were very comfy and the layout of the rooms really felt perfect, not too open but not too tight either. Hottubs were currently closed but were able to go next door to Canoe to use theirs, was about a 3 min walk from the room. "
