"The staff are great: helpful, kind, courteous, professional, they went out of their way to accommodate our needs and wants, but the hotel itself, the building is not on par with other Fraser Suites in other countries. The suites are smaller, kitchen utensils few and worn out, few cushions and comforters, no dryer: the washing machine works only on one cycle that doesn't dry, the television has one English channel that has only Turkish news. The owners have done a great job hiring first class...

"The room was great, only complaint being that we had to make do with a sofa combed but it wasn’t necessarily a bad thing. Staff was cooperative and friendly, we never had issues with them. Highly recommend for a comfortable stay with adequate service provided."

"Property and amenities are good, but there wss nonoffer to take our bags to our rooms which we did ourselves. Location is not too far from Sabiha Gokcen airport but quite far from Istanbul airport. It seens to be licated in a business/ office area. Getting taxi is easy, bit it is not the best location if you wish to stay bear tourist attractions."
