"Good hotel "

"I was there for business and stayed two weeks. Positives were that the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was roomy. There was a sofa bed in the room but it was a bit cramped. The room also faced the square and was affected by music coming from the square till around 11pm every night. Rove Expo City is in Dubai Expo City, which is around 30 minutes from Dubai city either by public transport or car, and there really isn’t much to do in the area in the evenings "

"This place is very nice and modern. We had 2 very nice buffets for supper at the restaurant and 2 late afternoon/happy hour at the lounge for few drinks and relaxation after coming back from the day of our to do things. All over a very nice stay and actually ended up booking an extra night stay too yet. Very well recommended to anyone traveling in this area of Dubai. The whole hotel and all its staff is very pleasant and easy to deal with. Thank you Rove Hotel. "

"When i reached the place at night in dubai with my children, they said they don't have any booking for me. After hours of back and forth with expedia, someone from staycae finally contacted me saying they have a booking from me but it was a last minute booking. I had booked this palce 6 months prior. They then tried to get us into the "appartment" which took two more hours. This was because their "app" they use to give digital key doesn't work. Then they said the security of the building will have a physical key. They didn't, they went hunting for the key. Overall from the moment I came to the appartment to the moment I was able to enter the place it took 4 hours. Around midnight i was able to get in. The place was cochroach infested, the washroom was very dirty, we were 5 people and they gave us a one bedroom apartment (i had orignally booked a 3 bedroom apartment and paid for a 3 bedroom apartment). So one of my kids and I slept on the floor. Remember "cockroach infested". I asked the guy who came from staycae, if they can give us a 3 bedroom aprtment and he said they dont' have 3 bedroom apartments at all. I asked why was it listed as such on expedia. They said, they dont' know anything about that and to talk to expedia. During whole ordeal both expedia and staycae pointed at each others and said I need to talk to the other people. We somehow spent the night there and booked another hotel room. I email staycae customer service ( they don't answer the phone), nothing! "
