The staff were all incredibly friendly and accommodating, contributing to a pleasant experience. The restaurant and rooftop bar were exceptional, providing an amazing atmosphere along with outstanding food and beverages. In contrast, our dinner at Kosa at Ace Hotel was disappointing and did not meet the high standards set by Nohga. We cannot express enough how fantastic our stay was, and we will undoubtedly choose Nohga Hotel for our future visits to Kyoto. Thank you to the entire team at Nohga for making our stay memorable."
