"Very nice hotel. The check in staff were great. The staff when I checked out were so-so. I got to the desk and hand over my keys and got a receipt. I asked if there was anything else I needed to do. She said no. I get to the gate to but couldn't leave. A woman in the office there said I needed to go back to the front desk and get a scan code or key. I go back to the front desk and the woman prints out a code, no apology for not getting this the 1st time. I go back to the gate and now the code...

"Check in was super simple. Room was perfect for a girls night. Will definitely be back!"

"Neither the Penthouse or the Mark seemed to know what to do with the credit we were given from the hotel front desk. The Penthouse wouldn't accept it at all, the Mark took it but didn't apply it. We were way over charged for the 3 beverages we had. $107 is steep for 3 cocktails. Pretty certain other people's drinks had to have been put on our tab without our consent. "

"Front desk workers are also the valets and the bellboys. No automatic door make it hard to enter with luggage. No vending on site, ice is inconvenient. It wasn't clear upon arrival that valet was available. The room was roomy and clean and quiet. I don't think it should rise to autograph hotel level"
