"I never give 5 stars but this place was pretty decent and clean. Updated rooms and comfortable beds. Breakfast was your typical easy come and pick breakfast but it has lots of variety. Nice work out area and easy access to freeways and downtown entertainment! I would recommend this place for sure. "

"The room was great except we had no air so it was stuffy night. I also ask for a receipt or statement and they didn’t give me. They said that the 3rd party would give me one nothing! I paid the hotel. I am not sure if they charge me the correct amount. They also changed the name of the hotel"

"The elevators were broke and we had to wait for 20 mins to get to our room or to get down from our room as it was overcrowded and limited to one slow elevator for the whole hotel, our AC was broke in our room when we called the front desk for fix or a fan they said they would call back and never did, I was also charged an unauthorized 107.33 by the hotel that I am still waiting on return. Not happy!"

"As a business traveler I opted to give the Doubletree a chance in Tulsa, OK. Very nice hotel however it was not without a few problems. The issues felt big for me but when I went down to the front desk they helped me immediately. The staff were more attentive then other hotels. Problems happen but the immediately response made all the difference."
