"We stayed at this hotel because it was within walking distance to Cain's Ballroom, where we were seeing a show. The staff was friendly and excited for us (even if it was just good customer service) when we told them the reason for our trip and was helpful in recommending food/activities (there was a nearby Christmas market when we were in town) to suit us and our small kiddo before the show. The room itself was clean and comfy and the free hotel breakfast was bomb. I would definitely stay here...
