I was running extremely late to check-in from my Route 66 trip from St. Louis, but with great communication from the staff, I was able to check in past 1am. The following morning, the manager William provided over the top friendly & convenient service & help before I checked out. The staff was very friendly. However, there was a clarical error with our check in. We didnt have access to room service and im waiting for them to sort out the 400 dollars they charged me for one night stay after i already paid through expedia.
