"The renovations two years prior are beautiful. The staff was very courteous and helpful. Our grandson said the breakfast didn’t have as many choices as the one in Sioux Falls we stayed in last March but it was still good. "

"I booked my stay well in advance. When I arrived, there was no room available for me. They wanted to have me stay at some other motel (not close) if they could find one for me. I insisted on getting a room at this motel. I finally accepted a room that had was listed as 'out of service' due to the bathtub / shower not working. When I made my reservation I had requested a ground floor room with handicap access. The room I accepted was on the second floor and there is no elevator in this motel....

"Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean with no issues. Breakfast was good with plenty of options. Pool and hot tub were nice but got crowded quickly. The only issue we had was hot water for shower never got very hot but that is a common issue when alot of guests are using the hot water at the same time. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much and wood definitely stay again."

"Room was spacious and fit our family of 5 well. Could of been a little cleaner but all in all a good trip "

"The elevators were broke and we had to wait for 20 mins to get to our room or to get down from our room as it was overcrowded and limited to one slow elevator for the whole hotel, our AC was broke in our room when we called the front desk for fix or a fan they said they would call back and never did, I was also charged an unauthorized 107.33 by the hotel that I am still waiting on return. Not happy!"
