"We initially were staying in a Deluxe King room, which was neat, tidy, cozy, and clean. The Island gave directions for parking (across tram railway and in the side alley) and reception was easy to find, and service was very friendly and professional. Great family stay

"Great stay, the kids loved it. We'd read some reviews so were a little unsure what to expect, but we were really happy with our room and the entertainment for the kids. We went during UK Easter holidays and it wasn't too busy, maybe Australia schools hadn't broken up yet. And there were clear signs of investing and improving the place. We loved it. "
