"The location is convenience, inside is clean and tidy and the washing machine is a bonus for our trip. I wonder if YouTube will be available in future since we don’t understand Japanese languages provided at the TV. I also feel unpleasant when an extra blanket cannot be provided when we request it. "We stayed in this property for five nights and absolutely loved it. The room was spacious, clean, and had all of the things we needed for a great stay in Kyoto. I’ll focus on two of our biggest needs as a family of four - transportation and food. Transportation - bus stops right outside and across the street. "性價比高，距離清水寺/花見小路約十分鐘步程。但不知道為什麼沒有電視，唯一比較意外。不要用洒店對面停車位，隔一條街平好多。只係二分步程。"

"Very nicely maintained rustic atmosphere. We really dug the vibe of the house. The outdoor bath tub was awesome! I used it several times and it made for very memorable mornings in what seemed like a dream setting. The air conditioning units were adequate for controlling the temperature of the house to our needs. The washer/dryer was also a life saver as this stay was halfway through out trip across Japan and we really needed to refresh our clothes. There were several convenience stores in close...

Good for families

"Comfortable, firm beds and pillows. Good breakfast buffet with both western and Japanese options. There are free snacks and coffee in the lounge area, and you have an option to get a light early afternoon meal as well. Hotel is next to a grocery store, where we easily picked up anything else we needed. Staff are courteous and very helpful. Our 8-year-old loved the hotel. We would stay there again."

"The room was much smaller than we thought it would be, which was fine, however it would have been nice to have under-bed luggage storage (which other APA hotels have). Especially with how small the rooms are, having a place to store your luggage would be handy. For reference, my boyfriend and I were traveling with one carry-on size each and a small backpack. Aside from that, no complaints at all! It's clean, safe and affordable! "
